Wagon r service

I bought wagon r during May-2021. Kilometres ran 10500 as now. My dealer keeps on call me for oil service and he says the service cost comes around ₹.5500/-. Which includes wheel balance and alignment. Is it necessary to have such a service during April-23. I have done wheel balance and alignment after 7500 kms. Is it necessary to go for service now or wait for sometime. What type of services my car needed now. How much it costs.
