Hi all

I own a Ciaz petrol version Dec 2019 model.

Today morning I experienced starting problem and was required to call mechanic from Magic Auto Service centre Delhi East.

I was told that Battery might be down though no lights or any other things were left ON.

Mechanic was able to start the car without doing anything.

My car was checked in the service centre and was reported everything OK.

I am unable to understand why there is such problem.

If someone can guide.

Even i had this problem today morning. I had recently serviced my car and also the recall for change of hybrid alternator was done. I think it may be due to the replaced alternator

Today I face the same problem in morning
Last month they change the hybrid alternator . Waiting for technical assistance

Contacted the service manager and told him the problem and he sent two mechanics to my place and they jump started the car and took it to the service Center. They said it was due to the battery and said need to replace the battery but I insisted my battery was working well before giving for service and i said to them to just charge my battery and return my car. I didn’t go the next day but went after two days to check if the battery has really got problem like did it drain completely again but no it was perfect and no drop in charge and I understood they had done something wrong while replacing the hybrid thing . But they had rectified it and now after a month also its working awesome .
