Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Trunk Space

One of the drawbacks of the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R (2013-2019) is the small trunk space also known as the boot space. Boot space is the space behind the seats in hatchbacks or in sedans, a separate unit to hold luggage. With a trunk space of 180 liters Wagon manages to beat only one car Chevrolet which has a trunk space of 170 liters. Othe cars in the category offer bigger boot spaces like Maruti Suzuki Celerio offers 235 liters and Tata Tiago offers 242 liters.
The recently launched Datsun Go tops the segment with its 265litres of luggage space. Toyota Etios Liva is also not too far behind and offers a good 251litres of boot capacity. Bolt, which is also a new entrant, beat Wagon R by offering a decent 210 liters of boot space. Other competitors like Hyundai i10 and Hyundai Eon also host larger boot capacity at 225litres and 210litres respectively.
