I agree with you. The pickup is smooth and it takes a lesser time than Swift to reach 60 and 100.
The 0-60 kmph for Maruti Suzuki Dzire is 5.18 secs and for 0-100 kmph it is 12.6 secs.
Ingear acceleration :
20-80 3rd gear :11.80 secs
40-100 4th gear:13.71 secs
In all these regards Dzire is better than Swift and the new Dzire is also better than the old one in terms of acceleration.
