Dzire and Swift aftermarket parts

Hi everyone! I just want to ask. If 2018 Swift and Dzire share the same platform, can we use all aftermarket parts for Swift to Dzire? Like coilovers or lowering kit, strutbars, sway bars. Also can we use rear brake kit of the Swift to replace rear drum brakes of the Dzire.
