I know it can be annoying when your new car that you expect to run smoothly in perfect condition gives trouble. However, this looks like a manufacturing defect. New cars generally don't make such noises. It could be that the throwout bearing might have been faulty but since its new, the only way to know it is by taking it to the Maruti's service center. Try not to go to other service centers but go only to the company one for this particular problem.
