baleno 2019 seatbelt for rear center seat seems to be installed backwards

this seatbelt runs from the top to bottom of the BACK of the seat. clearly, it should be in the front.
besides unankoring it from where its screwed in under the seat, is there any other way to run it in from of the seat as it should be?
i supposed its simplest to unscrew it from the floor, run it in front of the seat then rescrew it to the floor.
or perhaps easier to disconnect the back of the seat ...

any suggestions welcomed.
